The sculpture was included in the Workington Winter Lights Festival, a project that aimed to brighten up the darkest days of Winter by inviting artists to transform shop windows with their light- based works.
The sculpture was first made as a model for a Monument to Doncaster (see website category: Public art). For this project is was revised to include an increasing complexity of objects and images; and specialised lighting. It is now illuminated by red and blue spiralling electroluminescent wire and LED lighting within a custom- built perspex case. The sculpture was placed in the window of June’s Childrens' Wear.
